• All correspondence (commission quotes, updates, etc.) will be handled exclusively through e-mails.

• All Commissions require a 50% deposit upfront after the contract is signed and before the project has begun.

• Once you send me the initial inquiry email, we'll go over all the details of your commission to make sure I completely understand your vision. Feel free to ask any questions!

• Once we finalize the price via email, I will send a digital contract to your email.

• After you sign the contract and send your 50% deposit via PayPal, the following process takes place:

  • Phase 1:  Rough sketches

    • typically sent within 2-3 weeks. The full timeline depends on the complexity of each painting, but generally, my lead times are 4-8 weeks. This is the time when we find the perfect pose and composition for your piece. Any major changes to these aspects can only be done during this phase of the project. 

  • Phase 2: WIPS (work-in-progress-shots)

    • Once a rough sketch is approved, I will clean up the sketch, add base colors (unless it is a sketch* or black-and-white render), add background and other elements, and refine the piece overall. I continue with the process while sharing progress pictures along the way to make sure you like the direction of the piece. During this phase, I will send 1-2 work-in-progress shots at a low resolution for your approval. Minor edits can be made at this time, such as color shifts, modifying small elements or accessories, etc.

  • Phase 3: Finalizing the Painting​

    • When the work is finished, I will send a low-resolution watermarked .jpg of the artwork for final approval. Only minor color adjustments can be requested at this phase.​

• Once the final painting is approved, and the final payment is sent, I will email the high-resolution painting to you without a watermark, only a small signature and date in the corner not obstructing the painting.

​*For sketch commissions, Phases 2 and 3 are condensed to sending cleaner versions of the rough sketch and laying out some grey flat tones to help in the design especially if it's a particularly complicated sketch.

• Additional subjects are +75% of the price for Styles 1 - 3, and +85% for Illustrations.

• Prints are available upon request for a small fee depending on the size. (tracking available upon request for an added fee)

  • 5 x 7 | $10​

  • 8 x 10 | $16​​

• Expedite requests are subject to a fee of 20%-50% and may be declined if I cannot fit it into my schedule.

Commissions are for personal use only, unless agreed upon otherwise.

With a private commission, you can share it on social media and/or use it as a profile picture(with proper credit), and print it to display in your home or other private space.  You may not use the commission to sell merchandise, use the artwork in a game, print it in an artbook, sell it as an adoptable, exploit as NFT, etc...​

The Client has no rights to reproduce and/or use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate visual art, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor does the Client have the right to sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate visual art.

I retain all rights to the created artwork and reserve the right to display it on social media and in my portfolio.

I reserve the right to live-stream the process of the painting on Twitch or YouTube and/or record the creation of the artwork to provide educational content to my social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Patreon, etc).

I will put a signature on my artwork and will not remove it under any circumstances.​

​Minor edits (cropping, adding text) are allowed. Edits that alter the look of the artwork (color changes,cropping out the signature or watermark) are NOT allowed in any way

Rejection or cancellation during project execution will result in a forfeiture of deposit. If cancellation occurs after the sketch phases, and before the final piece is finished, Client will be responsible for paying a total of 75% of the original fee. If cancellation occurs after completion of the work, Client will be responsible for paying 100% of the original fee. Upon cancellation, all rights to the Work revert to the Artist.

• The completed artwork will be sent via email and will contain:

  • a high resolution 300-350 dpi PNG with signature.

  • a watermarked JPEG in lower resolution, optimized for online sharing.

When sharing the artwork on social media, it's highly recommended that you only share the watermarked version. Many artworks tend to be stolen and exploited online through AI websites and third-party merch websites. This is to prevent my work and the artwork you paid for with your hard-earned money from being exploited by someone else.
